What you are actually storing.
Four kinds of storage space, all month to month, all with your own lock.
Nearly everyone books the wrong size from a website diagram. Come and stand in one — it takes five minutes and saves either paying for space you do not use or discovering on moving day that half the load will not fit.
What you are actually storing.
Stand in the unit before deciding.
Rate, access hours and terms stated.
Your lock, your key, from day one.
Which decides whether it is needed.
Including when standard will do.
The actual unit, not a diagram.
With packing advice if useful.
Florida humidity is what damages stored goods, more than heat. Upholstery, timber furniture, photographs, paperwork, electronics and anything with adhesive will all suffer in an unconditioned unit over a summer. We will tell you honestly when you do not need climate control, too.
Useful for contractors, online sellers and offices that have outgrown a storeroom. Note that a unit cannot be used as a place of business — no working from it, no customers meeting you there — and that limit is in the agreement rather than discovered later.
What and how much, how often accessed.
Near the door if accessed daily.
Including what a unit cannot be used for.
Within the facility's stated hours.
Length and width of what is parking.
Registered, insured, no leaks.
Allocated and shown to you.
Within stated hours.
Outdoor parking for things that will not fit on a driveway or that an HOA will not allow. Vehicles must be registered, insured and in running order, and nothing may leak — those are conditions of the space rather than preferences, and they protect everyone else parked there.
Come and look at a unit before deciding. Nobody judges size well from a diagram.
